Upon registration you will receive an invoice. Your registration is confirmed at the time of payment. Please contact us at forum2013@afit.ro for any additional details.
The registration fee includes participation in the conference, lunch and coffee breaks on the conference day, participant materials and one EUR 49 AnyCountStandard Edition license, offered by AIT.
By registering for this conference, you agree to your e-mail address being included on the list of participants, for event-related communication. In the event you wish to remove your e-mail address from this list, please send a written request for such purpose to forum2013@afit.ro.
During the conference, there is a possibility that you may be photographed or filmed. Such photographs and videos may be used for the organizer’s promotional activities without your prior consent and without you being entitled to any compensation.
Cancellation policy:
Requests for the cancellation of confirmed registrations may be sent in writing to forum2013@afit.ro.
For cancellation requests received before October 10th, 2013, AFIT shall reimburse the registration fee in full, less any bank fees charged upon collection and payment, respectively, via bank transfer to the account from which payment was initially made.
For cancellation requests received between October 10th and October 20th, 2013, AFIT shall return 50% of the registration fee, via bank transfer to the account from which payment was initially made.
No cancellation requests shall be accepted after October 20th, 2013.
AFIT will accept name change requests until October 15th, 2013. Such requests shall be processed free of charge, provided that the new participant is included in the same category as the initial participant
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event at any time. In the event of a cancellation, all registration fees collected shall be repaid in full. The organizer shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the participants in relation to the event.
